: Nothing says BBQ like a hog head sitting on the grill.

: Great jazzy band at the festival.... love LIVE music!

: All the fixins': pork, chicken, beans, fresh cornbread and slaw!

My Wino tour this Sunday evening brought me to Jonathan Edwards for their annual Pig Roast with LIVE music by a wonderfully swinging, jazzy, rockin’ band! Complete with tent, tables, chairs, even fake turf beneath your feet to dance the night away!

Tiki torches lines the perimeter to ward off any pesky (and rather drunk) buggies. What a great evening - sunset with the pinkest sky imaginable, warm breeze, great wine, and ROASTED PIG! What’s better than that??

Oh, and glasses of FANTASTIC Jonathan Edwards wine…. Zinfandel to go with the food, Petit Syrah for a chocolatey after-dinner finish and some peppery Syrah to share with a friend. We got our own new JE wine glasses and a ticket for a free glass of wine…. hefty pours there too!
