Why do I love this? Well, for one, the Finger Lakes produce some of the most world-renown Rieslings. And what else do I want to sip on the next time I’m enjoying my sushi or pan seared Grouper? In this case you can go with either for food pairing since you’ll get a dry AND a traditional Riesling (semi-sweet to the tongue).

The Cabernet Franc - Lemberger blend should be quite unique to those palates out there that aren’t used to the hybrid grape so widely used in the North.  Think lots of pepper here with a backbone of dark current fruit and lushious berries.
